SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders processed will be shipped on the same day, or following business day, depending on when the order is placed. Shipping charges are as follows:

- Shipping rates will be calculated by VIVI VINTAGE upon receipt of order. The order will not be completed until confirmed via email.
- ***As most items are one-of-a-kind pieces, shipping costs will vary. Shipping & Handling costs will be determined shortly after the purchase is made. Customers can always ask for a quote prior to placing their order. However, once an order is placed, the item is considered purchased and the return/refund policy applies. ***
- Domestic: Orders shipped within the United States will be sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. At times, we may elect to use another courier such as: UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex.
- International: International orders will be sent using U.S. Postal Service Global Priority with tracking.
- Alternatively, you may wish to use FedEx. Please note that there will be a separate charge from FedEx: VIVI VINTAGE is not responsible for setting their rates. We will contact FedEx to obtain the cost of shipping to your location and charge your credit card accordingly.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped through USPS Global Priority without insurance.
