RETURN POLICY:

  • The following items cannot be returned: footwear (shoes, boots, etc.), bags, accessories, jewelry, items indicated as “Couture" (whether under Couture tab or listed as Couture in the description).
  • All other items purchased over $100.00 may be returned for either:
  •     1) credit gift certificate
  •     2) refund with 20% restocking fee
    • PROCESS:  Customer must contact VIVI VINTAGE within 24 hours of delivery of the package (based on Delivery Confirmation, this way there are no misunderstandings)
    • Customer must email the following information within 24 hours:
      • 1) Reason for return
      • 2) Preference of credit for future purchase or refund including 20% restocking fee.
        • ALL ITEMS MUST INCLUDE ATTACHED AND UNALTERED TAGS. ITEMS MUST BE IN SAME CONDITION. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE HAD TAGS REMOVED OR ALTERED, OR IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN ALTERED/DAMAGED, CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • Shipping charges are not-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for costs associated with returned items to VIVI VINTAGE.

LAYAWAY POLICY:

  • Any item over $200.00 USD may be placed on layaway by emailing VIVI VINTAGE (Questions@Vivivintage.com).
  • This process requires a 50% deposit and the remaining balance due within 30 calendar days. In the event that the buyer is unable to fulfill their obligation to buy within the 30 days from the time the deposit is left, VIVI VINTAGE will keep 50% of the deposit amount.  (ie, $200 sale price, $100 deposit, after 30 days, VIVIVINTAGE keeps $50)
